Problem: U.S. Air Force seeks an expedient, rapidly deployable and erectable Small Asset Protection facility solution for safeguarding of critical Air Force assets.

Solution: ADS worked with Dogwood Industries, LLC to design, manufacture, and field a rapidly deployable solution that can be erected in 5 - days by a 9 - person crew. The ESAP solution provides a strong, worldwide deployable infrastructure solution in support of specific Air Force operational missions and provides critical as set protection and erection by organic U.S. Air Force personnel and resources. ADS provided the following Program Support under the Program: 1. Solution design and manufacturing 2. Factory Acceptance Testing and Customer Training 3. Kitting and packaging of solution to best support efficient and effective worldwide deployability 4. Instruction Manuals 5. Sustainment Support 6. Supplier: Dogwood Industries, LLC

Problem: The 75th Ranger Regiment located at Fort Benning, GA needed a shade shelter to protect wheeled assets and provide for better personnel working environment at one of their motor pools.

Solution: Brite Rigid Frame Buildings worked with ADS and the customer to develop a shade shelter solution which met mission requirements and tight budget constraints. The project utilized the Genesis Low Profile High Leg 80’W x 280’L x 16' Side Wall Height, complete with power outlets and a lightning protection system. The structure also has a Berry compliant membrane with translucent skylight and surface mounted, demountable anchoring system.

Problem: The 58th RQS located at Nellis AFB, NV needed a shade shelter to protect personnel and equipment from the elements during squadron functions and special events.

Solution: Brite Rigid Frame Buildings worked with the customer providing several frame system options based on mission requirement s and budget. The unit command chose a rigid I beam frame shade shelter system with a Berry compliant fire rated PVC membrane. The structure was anchored into an existing, customer provided concrete pad. The main shade structure had a 47'w x 75'l x 13' Side Wall Height and the side structure had a 20' w x 18'l x 10' Side Wall Height

Problem: Tyndall AFB needed to rebuild large area facilities after Hurricane Matthew.

Solution: Prefabricated metal buildings were erected and included fire truck maintenance and fueling facilities. These buildings were outfitted with Expeditionary Electrical System, life safety and building accessories including vehicle exhaust systems, power accommodation for maintenance equipment such as welders and tire machines. A total of 9 shelters were constructed.

Problem: Camp Bullis needed a comprehensive training site.

Solution: Deployed 9,000 sq ft of customized modular space to Camp Bullis utilizing relocatable facilities. This allowed the training group at Camp Bullis to acquire a relocatable HQ facility, radio maintenance facility and classrooms with a modular interior build out with integrated millwork including technology, digital displays and VTC capabilities. The facility is fully operational on the training site with the EBS sto - away generator powered micro - grid system.

Problem: Lackland Air Force Base required a command center.

Solution: Relocatable command center consisting of 14,400 sqft of rapidly deployed space at Lackland Air Force Base. The structure was set on temporary, relocatable foundations and includes 30 Operable windows, skirting, four sets of stairs, two handicap ramps, and a 45 mil mechanically fastened roof. The unit was set on a tempo rary foundation in parking and relocatable.

Problem: Camp Bullis required latrine facilities for remote training sites.

Solution: Expeditionary Building Systems deployed 240’ latrine units to Camp Bullis. These container units are stand alone and connected to the installed Sto - Away Micro grid. They include full HVAC, toilets and urinals. One unit is subdivided to create a women’s restroom while one is a full men’s unit. Each latrine is set up on an EBS remote kit including water tanks, pumps and waste tanks. These units are fully stand - alone from any existing utilities at the remote training site.
