RETURNS POLICY FOR ADS
ADS works to ensure our customers are satisfied with the products they receive.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return, or exchange the product(s), if a request is initiated within 60 days of the date of delivery or, if shorter, within the timeframe of the manufacturer’s standard return policy.
To make a return or exchange, the products must be unused and in original packaging. If items are defective or arrive damaged, this will be waived. Please note we cannot accept returns or exchanges of items manufactured pursuant to a customer-provided bill of materials or specifications (this would include customized screen printed or embroidered items). Please be advised a restocking fee may be assessed depending on supplier policies.
To initiate the return process, or for lost or damaged items, please reach out to customercare@adsinc.com. The Customer Care team will guide you through this process once the request is initiated.
