ENHANCING WARFIGHTER READINESS WITH CUTTING EDGE COTS C4ISR TECHNOLOGY SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

U.S. Army Program Executive Office Soldier (PEO Soldier) & Project Manager Ground Soldier (PM GS) required procurement, sustainment and supply chain management solutions to provide low-cost, efficient fulfillment of orders placed through the Nett Warrior Program.

As a Prime on DLA Troop Support’s Special Operational Equipment Tailored Logistics Support Program (SOE TLSP) Contract, we were able to increase infantryman readiness by working with our diverse network of C4ISR equipment manufacturers to identify cost-effective items and fulfill existing Nett Warrior requirements.

With a thorough understanding of the program’s objectives, our subject matter experts also worked with PEO Soldier and PM GS to identify solutions which addressed integration challenges and increased Nett Warrior system capabilities.

One problem soldiers were experiencing was system signal issues and static when riding in vehicles and aircraft. We were able to quickly and efficiently address this challenge by working with our partner, GPS Source, to provide a signal repeater to quickly and efficiently eliminate the issue.
