When in precarious situations, the last thing we want the men and women serving our country to be worried about is their clothing. Being protected and comfortable in all conditions from extreme heat to cold and damp weather is critical. The ADS team had the opportunity to connect with Markin Dornan, the VP of NSA Military, at the Warrior East 2022 Defense Expo earlier this year. Dornan noted how impactful it is to be an ADS supplier and to have the opportunity to network in-person at the event, especially in the wake of primarily virtual events over the past few years.

Dornan gave the ADS team a breakdown of how each brand protects soldiers from the elements.
Drifire’s flame-resistant clothing is made tough to endure even the most hazardous conditions. Not only is it 100% flame resistant, but the self-extinguishing fabrics also won’t drip or melt when exposed to flames, and the inherent FR doesn’t wear or wash out over time. Of course, the clothes are also moisture-wicking and offer inherent odor protection to help keep skin cool and comfortable no matter the situation.
