December Sales Training Continues Legacy of Excellence

ADS continues to build a real and lasting legacy by challenging the status quo and finding innovative ways to solve problems for our customers.
Over four days in December, more than 200 ADS team members attended sales training in Virginia Beach, where the theme of Legendary stood front and center.
“ADS is in a constant mode of education, innovation, team building and collaboration, both within our internal teams and with our suppliers,” said Mark Libonate, Chief Sales Officer. “December Sales Training allows us to do that in truly memorable and impactful ways.”
Kicking off with a “legendary” high-energy welcome presentation from CEO Ryan Angold, the team was engaged and inspired from the start. The ensuing days included informative breakout sessions, compliance courses, and presentations by key ADS leadership: Libonate, Julie Cooke, CGO, John Dunn, CFO/COO and Levi Wilson, VP of Customer Focus. The week also included a surprise musical performance by Jeff Pink, Army Regional Account Manager.
Members of the ADS team also met with key suppliers to learn about the latest technologies, products and new ways they can serve our customers.
“It was a great opportunity to take a minute to stop and think about who we are, what we do, how we do it, and who we do it for,” said Angold. “And most importantly, how we can do it even better moving forward. It was an awesome experience.”
