Virginia Beach, VA. – ADS, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of four company employees to its leadership team.

Brent Cashman, who previously served as C5ISR Market Manager, has been named Vice President of Market Sales, while Ryan Sturgill, a key leader in ADS’ Federal business and strategic global accounts, has been promoted to Vice President of Vertical Sales.

“Brent Cashman’s leadership and proven ability to build high-performing sales teams will ensure continued growth of our market customers and, just as importantly, our supplier partnerships,” said ADS Chief Sales Officer Mark Libonate, “while Ryan Sturgill’s leadership and sales management skill will be crucial as we strive to reach an even larger customer base with the legendary service ADS provides.”

In addition, Tiffany Winckler, who joined ADS as a general ledger accountant before rising through the ranks to Payroll Manager, has been named Vice President of Human Resources. Teresa Percefull, who was hired in 2021 to fill a newly created role as Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, has been named Vice President of Customer Engagement.

Libonate said the moves reinforce the company’s long-standing commitment to career development and promotion from within, while continuing to elevate the company’s legendary customer service experience.
