Troopster Care Packages: ADS Gives Back
To kick off this season of thanks, ADS, Inc. partnered with Troopster Care Packages for a Care Package Donation Drive & Pack Party at the ADS headquarters in Virginia Beach, VA.
Troopster is a 501c3 charity founded by a U.S. Navy veteran with a unique understanding for the needs of those deployed. This nonprofit organization works with businesses, communities and volunteers to pack and send care packages monthly to deployed service members. Since launching in 2015, Troopster has sent more than 5,000 care packages directly to troops around the world. Their mission is to increase the morale of the Armed Forces community, one service member, deployment and care package at a time.

Troopster is a nonprofit 501c3 charity that is inspired by the courageous men and women serving in the United States Armed Forces.
“We work to find the best ways possible to get care packages to our troops no matter where in the world they may be or what missions they might be serving. Children to adults, everyone wants to support those they love and those who defend our country and we strive to always make the process of that support an easy and affordable effort. Just in time for the holidays, employees came in shifts to assist in packing up boxes with donations collected from the ADS Federal Team. Our teams assembled Troopster boxes and filled them with small, non-perishable snacks and personal care items, as well as some fun ADS branded items. Once the boxes were filled, our employees enjoyed decorating them and adding some holiday humor.
In addition to the 200 boxes that the ADS team put together, a large shipment from Troopster of care packages will be going directly to the USS Lincoln this holiday season.
ADS’s purpose is serving those who serve because every hero deserves to come home. Working with organizations like Troopster gives our employees an opportunity to give back to the military community right here in Hampton Roads.
