What Makes ADS Unique?
We get this question all the time! People know they want to work for a great company that values its employees and experiences steady growth. The harsh reality is that the vulnerability of interviewing for a new job causes candidates to focus more on being selected than discovering if the company culture is a good fit. For most, a great company culture is an added bonus.
We’re here to tell you that ADS, Inc.'s employees break the mold when holding ourselves accountable for being a great place to work. It is our moral and ethical responsibility to foster a company culture that instills confidence in its employees to do their job effectively—and with a sense of pride.
ADS is a great place to work, but don’t take our word for it—talk to some of our current ADS employees in the following video!
Fostering Personal, Professional Growth
No matter your position at ADS, your job is valuable and we understand the impact you make. Through routine training opportunities and investments in professional development, ADS offers its employees chances to grow at every turn.
Internal transfers are the number one reason a person leaves a role they were hired for. We encourage employees to stay with ADS as they learn and grow. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement available.
We are also committed to hiring and training ADS team members from within the military community. More than one third of ADS employees are veterans or members of military families, which is why we have been awarded the distinction of Military Friendly Employer.
Celebrating ALL Wins
At ADS, it’s a team effort. But we also celebrate the individual.
Each year, the sales team recognizes the support teams through the month of September by handing out red tickets to team members who go above and beyond, detailing their efforts. In addition to the personal thank you the red ticket provides, they're also entered in a drawing for a variety of prizes.
We also have a peer-to-peer recognition program where someone can get “Caught Doing It Right” or receive a value badge!
Recognizing What Matters
Yes, we have high expectations and standards for performance, but we understand the need to take a break, be silly, or give back to the community.
We have a Community Impact Program called Mission Give Back that supports over a dozen local and national nonprofits that supports active military and veterans.
ADS hosts a variety of morale boosting events, including: potlucks, rallies. desk decorating, costume contests, team-building activities, and the annual holiday video.
Having Values—and Actually Living by Them
Attitude. Drive. Accountability. Commitment. Initiative. These are the values that shape who we are and what we focus on as a company. Twice a year, we recognize people within the company that exemplify these values.
